Dr. Shishir Mandalia is currently serving as Associate Professor at Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat. He has served as University Librarian (I/C) at the same institution and also possesses academic experience as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Library and Information Science at Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan. With a strong foundation in library science, his professional interests include academic librarianship, information management, and research support services.
He is currently working as an Assistant Librarian in MANIT Bhopal since November 2024. Prior to that he worked at IIM Ahmedabad, RIE Ajmer, INMANTEC Institution Ghaziabad, NIT Rourkela and having more than 10 years of experience. He published 13 research papers in national and international journal/book chapter/conference/seminar.
Dr Lavji N Zala is an Assistant Professor at the PG Department of Library and Information Science, Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar. Prior to joining the SPU, I worked with MICA in different capacities (e.g. Library Officer, Assistant Librarian, and Deputy Librarian).
Dr. Saurabh Prajapati is a Librarian currently associated with the "Tribhuvan Sahkari University" Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), where he serves in a key role within the Ravi J. Matthai Library. He has experience as Deputy Librarian and has contributed to academic and institutional initiatives, including seminars and professional engagements as a resource person. His expertise is highly valuable in Electronic Resources Management.
Dr. U. Pramanathan serves as Librarian at the Learning Resource Centre, PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore. He holds multiple qualifications including B.Lit., M.A., B.Ed., PGDCA, M.L.I.S., M.Phil., and a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science. With over 14 years of experience, he has contributed significantly to library services, research, and academic development. He has received 12 awards recognizing his excellence in library services and social contributions. Dr. Pramanathan actively contributes to scholarly publishing as Editor-in-Chief of IJLSIM and serves as reviewer and editorial board member for reputed journals. He holds leadership roles in professional bodies such as MALA and SALIS. He has published over 18 research papers and participated in international conferences. His research interests include ICT applications, user studies, e-learning, digitization, and library automation. He continues to advance innovation and excellence in Library and Information Science.
